We approached Anne to work with us on the first ever Great North Gluten Free Fair which aimed to attract 1,000 visitors. She worked diligently and efficiently contacting regional and national food producers, shops and restaurants and ensured the correct paperwork was in place. Our on-line presence was covered as Anne worked hard to guarantee the event featured in ‘what’s on’ guides. She used her persistence to ensure that medical staff were on hand for dietary advice and supplied mail shot details for hospitals and GP surgeries. We wanted to publicise the event on the streets so Anne checked our licensing and production of sandwich boards.
